We are a team of real estate investors and independent business owners and we are looking for like-minded individuals who are READY to get out of the rat-race and do as we do full time and then help individuals you deem fit to do the same. We are first going to teach you everything about investing from real estate from your home or office with live meetings and support every morning with self-paced course work and
• Yes this will show you how to do fix and flips and we fund them..
• Yes it shows you how to acquire rental property without even using your own money and
• Yes it we are going to show you how to make this your full time business and occupation.
Once we get you up to speed on all that good stuff we will work with you on deals, showing you how to do them step by step and even fund them if the numbers are right.
Are your ready to fire your boss (or hire your boss or even partner with you boss if you like him/her)?
For you; if you are ready to fire the boss while you are still learning and just getting started with us, we can make this happen! There is nothing that can stop you when you have the right attitude. We have brought people on with us who did not have a penny to their name; being "broke" would have been an improvement. But they had the "can do" attitude and made things happen. Don't get us wrong, we are not looking for broke people or "charity" cases. I'm just saying that there are no excuses in our USA today for anyone who really wants to improve his/her situation!
